The future in the hands of the grandchildren

Giulio and Irene, grandchildren of Nonna Fiore, grew up surrounded by steaming pots, wooden cutting boards, and the intense scent of freshly picked basil. In that kitchen, pesto was more than just a condiment—it was a daily ritual, a simple, repeated gesture that brought the family together around the same table.

After following different career paths - Giulio in the world of international mixology and Irene in the family’s industrial business - they felt the need to return to their roots. Not out of nostalgia, but to preserve authentic knowledge and turn it into a concrete, sustainable project. This is how Pesto Fiore was born: an artisanal workshop where each jar is prepared just as their grandmother did, using genuine ingredients and respecting the traditional Ligurian rhythms, gestures, and rituals.
