Our shipments are carried out via express courier.

Delivery times: 24/36 hours for central and northern Italy, 48/72 hours for the south and islands.
In case of an order of fresh products, we will ship using isothermal containers and/or Green Ice, a gel-based chemical product compatible with food that helps maintain a controlled temperature (between +0°C and +5°C) for approximately 72 hours.

It is specified that, to ensure delivery within the working week for these products, shipments will be made by Wednesday for central and northern locations and by Tuesday for southern destinations and islands, to avoid possible delays that could result in the goods being held over the weekend and consequently deteriorating. There are no such restrictions for products that do not require refrigerated transport, except for holidays and/or extraordinary cases, for which you will be informed.

The shipping cost is €8.50 for Italy and €15.00 for Europe.

Pesto Fiore will do its best to fulfill the request as quickly as possible, in any case, we will make sure to inform you about the estimated delivery times.

It is recommended to provide an address where the courier can always find someone and the recipient's mobile number.

Please check that the provided address is complete and correct. Pesto Fiore declines any responsibility in case an incorrect address is provided, preventing proper delivery.

Once the package is received, ensure it is stored in the refrigerator.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

We do not apply the right of withdrawal as, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, it is excluded for products that:
• Are made to measure and clearly personalized;
• Are at risk of deterioration or rapid expiration;
• Are sealed and not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
• Have been customized.

Therefore, among others, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products, those with a short expiration date, those opened after delivery, and those customized at the explicit request of the Customer. In such cases, if the Customer improperly sends Pesto Fiore the regularly purchased products for which there is no right of withdrawal, the company will return them to the sender, charging the return shipping costs.
