Black kale and salted ricotta pesto

With the cold of winter, you need a pesto full of flavour that pairs well with winter dishes. For this reason, we have combined the crunchy taste of toasted almonds with the savoury notes of salted ricotta and the unmistakable black kale. Everything is brought together with Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil.
This is a fresh product and should be stored in the refrigerator at a maximum temperature of 4°C. It can also be frozen.
It keeps for up to 40 days.
To preserve the pesto’s full aroma, it should be defrosted slowly in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours.
